This book describes our development project in the Chinese province of Yunnan. The Bestseller Fund has been involved in a large project of developing five very poor mountain villages and increasing their livelihood by improving infrastructure, building community houses, and supporting the local artisans with different training programmes.
Agricultural training programmes and projects have been introduced in the villages. Through this, the farmers have received training in new farming techniques including the growing of herbal medicine plants.
